How do I report a snow removal or road problem?
✓ Verified answer Written from official pages, with checked citations and a verification date.
Template page: the process depends on the municipality and on which road is concerned. In Montréal, you can report a poorly cleared street, bike path or sidewalk online or by calling 311. In Québec City, 311 lets you report an urgent problem on a public road (for example a dangerous pothole) or submit a service request. For highways and their ramps, the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable is responsible: the Ville de Québec page points to 511, and option 2 of 511 is used to report a dangerous or risky situation. In other municipalities, check with yours.
